A bit disappointing. Expected 4/5star. Rooms so small,kids with us but rooms not adjoining. Bathroom tiny,no shelf. No aircon. Nowhere to hang a Dryrobe so up.& down to the car! Restaurant not good. Sent back a meal for the first time ever,waiter said all the vegetarians loved it.was quite inedible. Celeriac boiled! Breakfast buffet not good,presliced emmenthal,dry bread,no toaster,really nice hot breakfast cooked to order& good coffee,watered juice….. Receptionist gave out to kids every day as card didnt work in the door”did ye put it near your phones”? ,every day …….. High hopes& really good kayaking but we wont be coming back

5 star service, beautiful location. The food is incredible, locally sourced and an inventive twist on each meal. We had dinner and breakfast and each bite was as good as the last. In particular, the Jake and the surf and turf were to die for. Breakfast was delicious and imaginative with a blend of fresh ingredients and care gone into each plate. Vegan, vegetarian friendly. The highlight was the spa - Aoife and Matthew went above and beyond on the two occasions we went. I got the full body massage from Aoife who was incredible, professional and calming. The hot tubs and the spa were just what our group needed - having a Prosecco in the hot tub looking over the bay was a moment we will not forget. The location, the food and the hospitable staff are the perfect trio for an unforgettable times

The staff in the hotel, restaurant and spa couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The food was out of the world and service was superb. We were so well looked after during our stay in Eccles and so relaxed during our spa treatments. We can’t wait to go back!

Lousy food (announced as a gourmet destination with a "star chef") with cheap , low quality ingredients (although announced as high quality local products)Perhaps from local supermarket, but definitely the lowest cost range. Room shabby and much overpriced,carpets and furniture torn and full of stains - quite disgusting. Room with a view actuàlly on the car park. Dining room staff helpless and unprofessional. No help with our luggage, front desk staff unfriendly Advertised as a "spa hotel" completely untrue. All that was offerded was a hot tube at 15 Euros for 25 minutes. No Pool or Sauna

Our stay at Eccles Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the wonderful team and the superb amenities. The entire hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful and kind, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The dinners at the hotel were superb, with every dish made fresh and bursting with flavors. Dining here was truly a delightful experience. Moreover, the spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. The spa staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding to the overall relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Eccles Hotel has set a high standard for hospitality, and I look forward to returning soon.

Our server Dillan made sure we had everything we needed, and answered our questions regarding the menu with knowledge and friendliness. From the minute we walked into the restaurant he ensured we were getting the best service, our food was fresh, and we didn’t wait for anything. We noticed he looked after other clientele with the same amount of great attitude as well. Altogether the best service we’ve had in Kerry, kudos Dillan!

Lovely hotel. A little quiet in March. Good value. The hotel was spotless and not too costly. Breakfast was brilliant with excellent choices.. Lovely location. Only disappointment was the lift was out of order during our stay. Would deffo return

We had Easter Sunday lunch here and what a wonderful meal experience it was. The blend of foods were so complementary of each other. My kids completely enjoyed looking around for the hidden chocolate eggs around the lounge and lobby area. It truly was an Easter Hunt with special touch. Well done the food, service and wine were excellent.

From the time we walked through the doors everything was delightful. At reception we were met by the most friendliest lady called Mags. We had a beautiful dinner again amazing friendly staff and then we had drinks served by Adrian again so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on what to do during our visit. Have to say amazing hotel and we will definitely be back. Brendan & Noelle Wicklow.
